All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. There are 3 available options to choose from as well as Local Pick-Up. Please be sure that shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you submit your order with incorrect shipping information please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Absolutely NO refunds, returns or exchanges!
If there is an issue with your unit not caused by the customer, such as damaged or torn lace, excessive shedding, or a defect with the hair or construction of the unit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photo and/or videos may be required to verify the issue. If a Defect is verified, Beauty Bar Slay will determine the appropriate resolution which may include repair, or replacement of the defective unit. Buyer's Remorse is not considered a defect. Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will not be granted because you changed your mind, selected the wrong lace size, expected more parting space, ordered the wrong length or texture, or no longer want the unit. Please review all Wig Specifications, Lace Size, Length, Texture, Density and any other details before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
